Refund policy
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the ACL.
Change of Mind APE does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully and confirm fitment compatibility before ordering. If you need assistance, contact us before purchasing at support@apeperformanceparts.com.au.
Returns Eligibility You may return an item within 30 days of delivery if: - The part was damaged in transit - The wrong part was sent - The part has a manufacturer defect - The part does not match the description on our website
Non-Returnable Items - Parts that have been correctly supplied and installed - Electrical components once fitted (unless faulty) - Items returned without prior written authorisation from APE - Items not in their original condition or packaging (unless the damage is due to a fault)
How to Return 1. Email support@apeperformanceparts.com.au within 30 days of delivery 2. Include your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos 3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorisation (RA) number 4. Do not return items without an RA number — unauthorised returns will not be accepted
Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a product fault.
Fitment Issues If a part does not fit your vehicle, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your vehicle’s year, make, model, and chassis code. We will work with you to resolve the issue. APE is not liable for fitment issues arising from incorrect vehicle information provided at the time of purchase.
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, APE’s liability for any claim arising from a product purchased through our store is limited to the purchase price of the product. APE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage, including costs of installation, removal, or vehicle damage arising from the use of parts purchased from APE.
This limitation does not apply to any liability that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
